- If you have used our services for a longer period of time, you will not be eligible for a full refund. For instance, if you have a subscription that is 12 months or less, and after 8 months of flawless service, you encounter a technical issue that we are unable to resolve in 10 days (preventing you from using the remaining subscription period you purchased from us), in this scenario, you will be eligible for a partial refund for the portion of the subscription period that you are unable to use.
- If you enter incorrect connection information in the ordering form, such as an incorrect mac address, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, once a subscription is activated for a device, you cannot switch devices because the first device was activated as required. If you do this, you will not be able to access a refund; instead, you will need to purchase a new subscription from us without receiving a refund for your previous purchase. To avoid this, make sure you enter the correct information when making a subscription with us. The only devices and apps that can be switched with the same subscription are those that use the M3U playlist (devices that need a MAC code to connect cannot be switched with any other device; the subscription is only active for that MAC).
